Director Derby-raised, from Worora and Walmajarri families, Katina is an executive with over 30 years’ international experience in financial and general management roles. Katina is passionate about improving the lives of Indigenous people. Katina is actively involved in several NFPs focused on Indigenous people including Beananging Kwuurt Institute and K Farmer Dutjahn Foundation. She is also a Non-Executive director of ASX listed Yandal Resources Ltd and headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation. As an Angel Investor and entrepreneur, Katina has developed and invested in several businesses, as well as mentored Indigenous business people to grow their influence in Australia’s economy.

Danie Zappa
Director Danie Zappa (née Clarke) is a proud Noongar Wardandi woman. She studied a Bachelor of Social Science - Indigenous services at ECU, where she was surrounded by very strong and inspirational Indigenous women. It was here she grew passionate about fully understanding and appreciating her Indigenous culture and history, and became inspired to share this passion and knowledge with her wider community. She is passionate about empowering Indigenous people and working towards continuing to close the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.

Director Cameron is a Noongar man, originally from the country town of Narrogin and is a part of the Wilman Tribe. With over 10 years in leadership positions, Cameron is a very committed and driven individual who has a strong track record in developing high performing teams to deliver improvements in cost, customer satisfaction and overall efficiency.
